The staff were friendly, welcoming and appeared to care about their jobs. The location--near a highway (240), hospital, and for us--the Shelby Farm/ Wolf River nature trails was very convenient. It is difficult to find the way in and the way out the first time. The hot breakfast was by and large tasty.

The toilet was strangely low and shallow--one practically sat in the toilet water. I think we may not return to this hotel because of the basic discomfort caused by this. The apparently cooked oatmeal (maybe it wasn't instant) was way too salty. If it was cooked on site, that should be easy to fix!
